Reader (actually many readers) ask[s]: WHY TWELVE, in new Primal 12 program?
When I set out to do program design for this cutting edge strength & mobility system Primal 12, I identified 12 different sport specific skills needed to perform vinyasa yoga safely and injury free. Those functional fitness attributes (not limited to yoga) are:

So I set out to program a workout at 3 different levels for each of these sport specific skills, and created a Clubbell Yoga flow that compliments the skills presented in the workout.
